I didn't like the direction that my initial blog was heading in. So instead of awkwardly forcing it, I decided to press the reset button and start all over again with a fresh start. The foodiverse blog was initially dedicated towards the reviewing of restaurants, but there are other websites out there (mainly yelp) that fills this niche better.
Instead of concentrating on reviewing restaurants, I would rather go into the details of preparing a dish and the nuances involved in the kitchen.
